TCTM - The Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police Department - Hanoi City Police coordinated with the Vietnam Elevator Association and Hanoi College of High Technology to organize a training class on incident handling and elevator rescue skills for team leaders and deputy team leaders of fire prevention, fighting and rescue units across Hanoi City.
