    EM - On the morning of September 9, 2025, the Signing Ceremony for cooperation between the Vietnam Elevator Association and the Vietnam Standards and Quality Institute took place at the Institute's headquarters. The cooperation focuses on developing and building a system of standards for elevators, escalators, and passenger conveyors in Vietnam. A key objective for the 2025-2030 period is to concentrate on reviewing, evaluating, supplementing, developing, and completing the set of National Standards for elevators.

    EM - In an effort to ease difficulties faced by businesses following the issuance of Circular No. 13/2024/TT-BLDTBXH, which revokes the acceptance of test results from foreign laboratories, the Vietnam Elevator Association (VNEA) has submitted an official dispatch to the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Department of Employment, proposing the consideration and recognition of conformity assessment results, along with a compiled list of proposed internationally recognized certification/testing bodies.
