Awarding certificates to students of the Advanced Elevator Maintenance Training Course

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien – General Secretary of the Vietnam Elevator Association; Mr. Nguyen Duc Hanh – Director of the Institute of Elevator Applied Technology; Mr. Le The Hung – Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department, Hanoi College of High Technology (HHT); Ms. Doan Thi Nhai – Director of Phuc Thanh Elevator Company, along with lecturers and students of the training course.

The training course involved independent students and workers sent by businesses, including personnel from CONINCO, Phuc Thanh Elevator, Hong Phong Elevator, TTH Group, Tan Lap, and several other units operating in the elevator field.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien – General Secretary of the Vietnam Elevator Association congratulated the students on completing the training program.

According to Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien, the summary ceremony held right before Vietnam Elevator Day on July 16 is a meaningful occasion to recognize individuals who are directly studying, working, and contributing to the development of the industry.

“The certificates awarded today are recognition of your learning outcomes, but they are also the starting point of a long-term learning process. I wish all students to always maintain a sense of responsibility, continuously improve your knowledge, hone your skills, and strictly comply with safety regulations during your work,” Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien shared.

At the event, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hanh – Director of the Institute of Elevator Applied Technology emphasized that the quality of maintenance activities directly depends on the professional competence, sense of responsibility, and ability to follow procedures of the team of technicians.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Hanh shared that each well-trained technician not only contributes to improving the service quality of their enterprise but also directly protects the lives, health, and safety of users.

He expressed his hope that after returning to their units, the students will effectively apply the knowledge they have learned, continue to accumulate experience, and spread a culture of safety in the work environment.

“The fact that the summary ceremony takes place right before Vietnam Elevator Day makes the course achievements even more meaningful. I wish the students to always maintain a learning spirit, continuously hone their skills, and make safety the highest principle in all work,” Mr. Nguyen Duc Hanh stated.

As a representative of the co-training unit, Mr. Le The Hung – Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department, Hanoi College of High Technology, assessed that Course 3 continues to demonstrate the growing demand from businesses for technically skilled human resources who are well-trained in the elevator field.

He also stated that Hanoi College of High Technology will continue to coordinate with the Vietnam Elevator Association and the Institute of Elevator Applied Technology to continuously improve and perfect the training program, update new industry requirements, and meet the increasingly high demands of businesses.

Representing the business sector, Ms. Doan Thi Nhai – Director of Phuc Thanh Elevator Company shared: “Sending our personnel to participate in the course is part of our plan to improve the quality of our technical team. We expect that after training, our students will work more proactively, scientifically, and responsibly, and effectively apply the knowledge they have learned to reality.”

The business representative also noted that the coordination between training institutions, professional associations, and businesses helps the program closely align with practical needs, creating conditions for workers to both consolidate their foundational knowledge and enhance their work-processing capabilities.

Taking place during the lead-up to Vietnam Elevator Day on July 16, the program also continues to affirm the important role of vocational training in building a team of technicians with expertise, discipline, and a safety culture, meeting the increasingly high development requirements of the Vietnamese elevator industry.
