Hanoi: Reporting unusual behavior in an elevator, a female resident was assaulted

TCTM - After reporting on the residents' forum about a young man showing signs of harassing women in the elevator of the CT5-DN2 apartment building (Hanoi), Ms. Nguyen T.H stated that she was intercepted and assaulted by the young man's relatives. The incident is being reported to the authorities for clarification.
