1. General Information:
- Position: Sales Marketing
- Income: 12,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND (Including base salary and performance bonus)
- Working Hours: Office hours from Monday to Friday, alternating Saturdays.
2. Job Objectives:
Introduce, connect, build a pipeline of potential customers, and maintain and develop business opportunities.
3. Job Description:
- Proactively conduct market research and development, approach and identify actual needs for elevator maintenance, upgrades, and replacement;
- Connect, consult, and propose suitable solutions, contributing to improving elevator safety, quality, and user experience;
- Monitor needs, receive feedback, and propose appropriate action plans for each project.
- Build and update customer and business opportunity data; maintain relationships and provide customer care.
- Coordinate with specialized departments to finalize documents, solutions, and support the consulting and implementation process.
4. Position Requirements:
a. Expertise and Knowledge:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Engineering, Law, or related fields.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of architecture, construction, economics, and regulations and standards related to elevator safety; ability to approach and consult customers on suitable information and solutions.
b. Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of Sales experience in the following fields: Engineering, Architecture, Journalism - Communications.
- Hands-on field experience.
- Ability to manage market research teams and communications projects.
c. Qualities and Skills:
- Courageous, sharp, and dynamic.
- Communication, negotiation, planning, and teamwork skills.
- Sharp thinking in identifying customers' latent needs to convert them into business opportunities.
- Legal mindset.
