With the theme "Elevators Connecting Projects & Living Spaces", the Elevator Talk 2026 seminar is a forum for parties to share perspectives and presentations, and to exchange views on technology, solutions, and industry development trends.

The participation of investors, design firms, contractors, and suppliers helps businesses expand cooperative relationships, access project needs, and bring products and services closer to customers and partners.

The program is organized by the Vietnam Elevator Association (VNEA) in coordination with VINEXAD (Ministry of Industry and Trade), at 13:30 on December 3, 2026, at Hall B, Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City.

The companionship of the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Construction and Building Materials (SACA) and the Vietnam Interior Association (VNIA) expands the scope of connection between the elevator industry and the construction, architecture, and interior design communities. This is an occasion for parties to exchange project needs, seek solutions, and explore cooperation opportunities from design to project operation.

The seminar consists of three content sessions, connecting decisions from project design and technology selection to standardization and enhancement of enterprise capacity.

Session 1: Elevator - Project - Living Space Ecosystem

An elevator choice can shape how people move, experience space, and use a project for many years. To harmonize functionality, engineering, and aesthetics, elevator suppliers, architects, interior design firms, and investors need to jointly engage in the challenge from the outset.

How should parties coordinate to turn specific requirements into a synchronized solution? What are the cooperation opportunities between the elevator industry and the construction, design, and interior communities?

Session 2: Elevator Technology - Effective Installation and Maintenance Solutions

Technology development is enhancing the precision, monitoring capability, and operational efficiency of elevators. Which solutions help businesses optimize installation, proactively maintain equipment, and improve reliability?

The second session will present technologies, products, and technical solutions along with their applicability at projects, opening opportunities to update technology, connect with suppliers, and develop technical cooperation.

Session 3: Standardization and Innovation Trends

Innovation drives development; standardization helps businesses maintain quality and build trust. The third session focuses on the Vietnam Elevator Association's announcement and solicitation of feedback on the Vietnam Elevator Enterprise Standards.

The standards aim to encourage businesses to enhance management capacity, develop human resources, and invest in facilities to meet safety and sustainable development requirements. Clear, verifiable criteria help customers select suppliers based on capability, while creating a basis for businesses to invest systematically, affirm their value, and compete transparently.

Expanding connections with the construction, architecture, and interior sectors, the seminar

Expanding connections with the construction, architecture, and interior sectors, the seminar "Elevators Connecting Projects & Living Spaces" promises to become a meeting point for parties to exchange solutions, seek partners, and develop project cooperation.

Through the exchange sessions, participants can grasp technology trends, access solutions, and expand connections between the elevator industry and partners in construction, architecture, and interior design. Multi-dimensional perspectives from equipment suppliers, designers, contractors, and operators help parties identify needs, select partners, and seek project cooperation opportunities.

Vietnam Elevator Expo 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City

Vietnam Elevator Expo 2026 Ho Chi Minh City takes place from December 3-5 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), organized by VINEXAD (Ministry of Industry and Trade) in coordination with the Vietnam Elevator Association (VNEA).

Following the exhibition in Hanoi in April, the event in Ho Chi Minh City offers opportunities to introduce products, reach customers, and develop cooperation in the Southern market. The B2B Matching activity supports businesses in exchanging needs regarding supply, distribution, and technology.

Taking place within the framework of the International Trade Fair, the total scale of the event series reaches approximately 750 booths, with about 550 businesses from 16 countries and territories. Among them, Vietnam Elevator Expo is the in-depth connection point for elevators; the two concurrent exhibitions, Vietnam Hardware & Hand Tools Expo and Vietnam Home & Garden Expo, expand connections and cooperation with partners related to projects and living spaces.
