For the first time, the National Elevator Exhibition Area will be organized at Vietnam Elevator Expo 2026

The 5th International Elevator Exhibition – Vietnam Elevator Expo 2026 – will mark a new turning point as it is held simultaneously for the first time in the country's two major economic hubs: Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Specifically:

- Hanoi: April 08 - 11, 2026 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center - VEC, Dong Anh, Hanoi.

- Ho Chi Minh City: December 03 - 05, 2026 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center - SECC, Tan My, HCMC.

This is the leading large-scale and professional trade promotion event in Vietnam for the elevator, escalator, and supporting industries, organized by the Vietnam Elevator Association (VNEA) and VINEXAD, under the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Strategy for Elevating the Identity of Vietnam's Elevator Industry

A notable new feature of the 2026 exhibition is the inaugural formation of the VNEA Pavilion – the National Elevator & Supporting Industries Zone, a representative space for Vietnamese elevator enterprises at an international event.

Sponsored and organized by VNEA, the pavilion gathers domestic elevator manufacturing, installation, and maintenance enterprises along with local component and auxiliary equipment suppliers. Creating a separate, unified zone in terms of image and messaging helps paint a "comprehensive picture" of the industry's capabilities.

Over the years, Vietnamese elevator enterprises have grown significantly in number and service offerings, but still lacked a space to clearly demonstrate their collective capabilities to investors, main contractors, and consultants. The VNEA Pavilion was born in this context, aiming for three main objectives:

- Introduce the production, installation, and maintenance capabilities of domestic enterprises.

- Connect the supply chain between domestic and international units.

- Enhance the brand recognition of Vietnam's elevator industry in the market.

Enhancing Communication Value Before, During, and After the Exhibition

Unlike the traditional exhibition participation model, enterprises in the VNEA Pavilion are present within a space, image, and network sponsored by the Vietnam Elevator Association. This both optimizes costs and increases communication effectiveness and brand recognition.

In addition to the direct exhibition time, participating enterprises also receive communication support through the Organizing Committee's official channel system and specialized platforms. Their presence is therefore not limited to just the few exhibition days but is extended before and after the event, creating more sustainable brand coverage.

In the context of increasingly fierce competition, especially with the strong participation of international brands in the market, the formation of an industry-representative space is expected to contribute to enhancing the position of Vietnamese enterprises right on their home turf, while also expanding cooperation opportunities within the regional supply chain.

Therefore, Vietnam Elevator Expo 2026 is not just an annual exhibition, but also a milestone in the effort to build a collective image for Vietnam's elevator industry in a new development phase.

At the 2025 exhibition, Vietnam Elevator Expo recorded over 21,000 visitor turns, demonstrating the increasingly clear appeal of a specialized event. Notably, many international delegations and major partners directly worked, exchanged, and sought cooperation opportunities right at the booths, creating substantive connections.
