EM – Vietnam and Korea have elevated their comprehensive strategic partnership. And I wonder, what if we also upgrade the strategic cooperation relationship between the elevator industry in the two countries?
EM – In fact, the number of accidents related to elevators directly suffered by workers or users is not small. It’s time we reconsider putting the elevator industry in the list of conditional businesses.
EM – The objective is to assess the current situation of Vietnam's elevator industry, especially in terms of ethics and quality of industry human resources. From there, discuss solutions for cooperation and transfer to standardize and develop international human resources for the elevator and escalator industry.
EM – Seoul - South Korea, besides being the famous landmark, Lotte World Tower is the tallest in Korea and the fifth tallest building in the world. Only a few years after its inauguration, this tower has become the most popular tourist attraction in the world.
EM – Any organization or business model in society and in the market that wants to develop must be based on two fundamental factors. It is human and system, in which the decision subject is human. And the element that connects people in an enterprise is culture, the core of which is trust. It is both the beginning and a decisive factor for the sustainable and long-term development of the business.
EM – From October 23-29, 2022, at the proposal and invitation of the Vietnam Elevator Association, representatives of the Department of Occupational Safety, General Department of Vocational Education - Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Non-Governmental Organizations - Ministry of Home Affairs and Vietnam Elevator Association (VNEA) led by Mr. Ha Tat Thang, Director of the Department of Occupational Safety had a working trip to Korea. The purpose of the business trip is to exchange experiences on occupational safety and vocational training in the field of elevators in Korea. Chairman of Vietnam Elevator Association Nguyen Hai Duc and some members of VNEA joined the delegation.
