As a key component of the Vietnam International Trade Fair - Vietnam Expo, this is the largest and only specialized elevator exhibition in Vietnam. It was organized through the collaboration of the Vietnam Elevator Association (VNEA) and the Vietnam National Trade Fair and Advertising Joint Stock Company (VINEXAD) under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

At Vietnam Elevator Expo 2025, the VNEA booth became a vibrant hub for international delegations. Throughout the three-day event, representatives from businesses and organizations from South Korea, China, Japan, Europe, and numerous FDI enterprises frequently visited to exchange information and explore strategic partnership opportunities.
The exhibition brought together leaders and experts from the South Korean Ministry of the Interior and Safety, KoELSA, and international bodies such as PALEA, the Korea Elevator Association, Korea Lift College, the Korea Elevator Valley Business Council, the China Elevator Association, and the Liyang Elevator Trade Federation (China)...
The networking and dialogues between these domestic and international organizations have painted a vivid picture of a rapidly evolving and integrating Vietnamese elevator industry.
The Vietnam Elevator Expo 2025 gathered a large number of domestic and international enterprises from Korea, China, India, Singapore, Germany, the USA, Italy, etc. In particular, the Korean elevator business delegation stood out with many modern technological and technical solutions from one of the markets with a leading developed elevator industry."
Companies such as BTR Soosung, A1 Elevator, GS Parking, and Kelope Vina, alongside the Korea Elevator Valley Business Council, showcased a diverse ecosystem ranging from elevators and components to smart parking systems.
This year’s expo also marked the debut of several international giants in the elevator and ancillary sectors, including BLT Brilliant (China), Benelifts (Italy), Heeidung (USA), Fuji Toyama (Japan), D+H Partner (Germany), and Unis Group (Netherlands)...
In addition, the event continued to attract long-term partners specializing in components and auxiliary equipment, such as Thuan Anh, Mekamic, and the Indian traction machine manufacturer Techtronics (India), completing a comprehensive supply chain portrait.
Throughout the three-day duration of Vietnam Elevator Expo 2025, the trading atmosphere remained consistently vibrant and dynamic. At every booth, businesses were in constant dialogue with potential domestic and international partners, fostering an unceasing flow of connectivity. Many participating firms highly valued the professional organization and the networking effectiveness delivered by the expo, regarding it as a tangible opportunity to broaden cooperation and market development.
A representative from Heeidung Elevator, a first-time participant, shared:

The displays focused on core components – traction machines, control cabinets, panels, and advanced safety sensors – which are vital to the elevator supply chain, attracting significant interest from manufacturers and maintenance providers.
The exhibition recorded a significant turnout, with a steady stream of visitors flocking to the booths to explore products, engage in technical exchanges, and establish collaborative ties. Many enterprises lauded Vietnam Elevator Expo 2025 as a premier event with a strong capacity to attract specialized trade visitors, creating opportunities for substantive and effective market penetration.
On the afternoon of December 4th, 2025, an International Seminar was held to gather feedback on the Draft National Standards for the Vietnam Elevator Industry. The session was co-organized by VSQI, VNEA, and VINEXAD. The Draft TCVN on "Elevators – General requirements for operation, maintenance, repair, and use" is expected to be finalized and promulgated in 2026.
On the domestic side, the seminar was attended by leaders and representatives from regulatory bodies, research institutes, and national organizations, including: Mr. Trieu Viet Phuong – Director of the Vietnam Standards and Quality Institute (VSQI); Mr. Vu Tien Thanh – Head of the Standards and Technical Inspection Division, Bureau of Employment (Ministry of Home Affairs); Mr. Nguyen Hai Duc – Chairman of the Vietnam Elevator Association (VNEA), along with representatives from relevant specialized units.
Regarding international dignitaries, the seminar was honored to welcome: Mr. Gyu-woon Moon – Deputy Director of the Elevator Policy Division, Ministry of the Interior and Safety (MOIS), South Korea; Mr. Sung-Kyun Ko – President and CEO of the Korea Elevator Safety Agency (KoELSA);

In addition to state management agencies and international organizations, the seminar attracted over 100 delegates from the Vietnamese elevator business community – including manufacturers, importers, installers, and maintenance service providers, as well as numerous FDI enterprises currently operating in the domestic market.
At the seminar, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Duong Truong Giang – Chairman of the National Technical Committee TCVN/TC 178 "Lifts, escalators and moving walks" – personally presented the key highlights of the Draft TCVN on "Elevators – General requirements for operation, maintenance, repair, and use," which is scheduled for promulgation in 2026.
This Draft TCVN received extensive feedback and contributions from representatives of domestic elevator firms such as An Phat, Thien Nam, G20... as well as major FDI corporations in Vietnam, including KONE Vietnam and Schindler Vietnam.
The seminar also featured presentations from international experts, including: Mr. Hyoung Soon Choi – Head of the Safety Division, and Mr. Jong Yeol Ryu – Deputy Director of the Accident Investigation Division at the Korea Elevator Safety Agency (KoELSA); Mr. Zhang Lexiang – Secretary General of the China Elevator Association (CEA).
These experts shared invaluable experiences regarding standardization, technical supervision models, and methods for building elevator safety management systems in countries with the most developed elevator industries in Asia.
Within the framework of the seminar, a Memorandum of Understanding Signing Ceremony took place between the Vietnam Elevator Association and the Korea Elevator Association regarding cooperation in training and the sharing of standards and technology. This marks a significant milestone in expanding the international cooperation of the Vietnamese elevator industry.
Following the seminar, the Organizing Committee honored and presented commemorative plaques to sponsors and partners: Korea Elevator Safety Agency, Korea Lift College, the China Elevator Association, and the Main Sponsor – Orona Group (Spain).
Vietnam Elevator Expo 2025 concluded with a powerful impact: a vibrant trading environment, a seminar with high-level technical expertise, a strong international presence, and new strides in industry cooperation. The success of this year's expo not only reaffirms the increasingly solid position of Vietnam Elevator Expo on the regional specialized event map but also opens up great expectations for future development.
The 5th edition – Vietnam Elevator Expo 2026 – will, for the first time, be held simultaneously in the country’s two largest socio-economic hubs, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, promising to be a major festival for the entire industry.
