EM - The 20th Vietnam International Trade Fair in Ho Chi Minh City will be held from December 1 to 3, 2022 at Saigon Exhibition Convention Center (SECC). A notable highlight is that for the first time in this event, there will be thematic exhibition on Elevators, Escalators - Technology & Accessories (VIETNAM LIFT & ELEVATOR EXPO). Vietnam Elevator Association (VNEA), Advertising & Trade Fair Joint Stock Company (VINEXAD - Ministry of Industry and Trade) coordinated to organize thematic exhibition within the framework of this event.
EM - The "first association" between the Vietnam Elevator Association - Schools and Enterprises in training elevator consultants and technicians has been a great success. People are still the most important factor that needs to be prioritized.
EM - Recently, in Hanoi, the seminar "3M and the Journey of Sustainable Elevator Manufacturing" took place in Hanoi. The seminar was organized by 3M Group with the companionship of Vietnam Elevator Association (VNEA) and media sponsorship of Elevator Magazine. Mr. Nguyen Hai Duc, Chairman of Vietnam Elevator Association, member of DAG Vietnam Consulting Group was the main speaker of the workshop.
EM – 5 out of 9 people had to go to the emergency room when the rescue force broke the door and rescued the victims trapped in the elevator. The incident happened on the afternoon of August 29 in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Ministry of Construction has issued Circular 03/2021/TT-BXD stipulating national standards on apartment buildings, including some additional requirements for elevators in apartment buildings. The Circular takes effect from July 5, 2021.
Elevators are specified in the category of machines, equipment, materials and substances with strict requirements on occupational safety and hygiene. Therefore, the inspection of the elevator before being put into use and periodically is important and mandatory.
