EM - On June 7, 2024, the Vietnam Elevator Association (VNEA) held an induction ceremony to admit a new member, Export Mechanical Tools Joint Stock Company (EMTC), known by the brand name iTEK Elevators.
EM - The elevator identification code system's implementation represents a significant advancement in elevator management and operation. This system enhances transparency by providing users with information about the safety status of elevators, while also improving the efficiency of maintenance, repair, and rescue operations for businesses and government regulatory agencies.
EM - On the morning of March 27, 2024, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Elevator Association officially announced the first Base Standard of the Elevator Industry. This standard establishes the fundamental safety requirements, use, maintenance, and repair of elevators.
EM - Vietnam Elevator Expo 2023 is not only a place for trade and product presentation, but also the international seminar: “Sustainable Development Trend of Future Elevator Industry” with the participation of leading domestic and international elevator experts.
EM- As part of the PALEA/VNEA Lift and Escalator Seminar, the speakers made many presentations and in-depth research related to elevator safety codes and standards, and urgent issues such as old elevator risks, maintenance and modernization of elevator systems.
EM – The PALEA/VNEA Lift and Escalator Seminar held on 5 October 2023 is assessed as a good opportunity for Viet Nam and other countries in the region to absorb international experience in building elevator safety standards and codes, gradually improve the system of regulations and standards.
