TCTM – Setting the industry’s base standards is necessary and imperative, as such, Vietnam Elevator Association (VNEA) have been constructing a set of industry standards based on national standards (TCVN). In the short term, the base standards (TCCS) for elevators will be focusing on safety requirements in the manufacture and installation, as well as the in usage, operation, maintenance and repair.
The industry’s standards should have TCVN as a base and complement it with national cultural particularities and technological trends.
EM – Ownership of apartment elevators is a long-standing issue that few people care about while there are too many inadequacies. For example, the elevator belongs to the investor or the resident, or the elevator belongs to both 2 entities above? People only realize the problem when there are elevator incidents where their rights are seriously affected.
EM - After an occupational accident on April 17th in Vinh Phuc, Viet lost consciousness he had fallen into an elevator shaft from the 5th floor, leading to multiple life threatening injuries: traumatic brain injury, broken bones, ribs, jaw fractures, kidney damage and pleural effusion.

With the elevator industry - a field with specific occupational safety, businesses need to pay attention to ensure the full implementation of responsibilities and obligations, employees actively claim their legitimate rights. This is also avoiding risks for both employees and businesses.
EM - Many businesses providing digital content when there is a copyright collision with foreign businesses are confused, do not have a comprehensive solution, in line with international practices, suffer heavy financial and reputational damage. The question is, when businesses face difficulties in the digital environment, where is the role of state management agencies and professional associations?
