EM – Recently, Elevator Magazine received information about a conflict of interest between a customer and an elevator supplier. The incident has even been pushed to the point where the business lock elevator and the user had to order the replacement of the control cabinet. What will we learn from this incident?
EM – The real estate crisis in the world's leading economies, wars involving Western countries, complicated epidemics, etc. will seriously affect the elevator industry?
EM – 30 years ago, Korea had the same starting point as Vietnam in terms of elevator safety management capacity. However, up until now, Korea is a country with a comprehensive assessment of elevator safety management. Therefore, learning from Korea's government management experience in the field of elevator safety and quality is very appropriate and can shorten the time to perfect Vietnam's management capacity in this field.
EM - The campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese products " was first launched in 2009, after the 2007 - 2008 global financial crisis . However, hitherto, Vietnamese consumers still lack confidence in domestic products, what are the reasons for this?
EM – National comprehensive elevator information system, authorized and operated by the Korea Elevator Safety Agency (KoELSA) from the National Elevator Information Center and the Ministry of Public Safety and Security. The system has been officially operated since 2013, helping to make information transparent in management and rescue work, promoting Korea to become a leading country in elevator safety.
EM – As part of the repair and maintenance plan in 2021, but near the end of 2022, the broken elevators are still "down". The usable elevators were also constantly malfunctioning, causing a lot of suffering for people in the Den Lu resettlement area. People still continue the situation of “No one understand”
