EM – 30 years ago, Korea had the same starting point as Vietnam in terms of elevator safety management capacity. However, up until now, Korea is a country with a comprehensive assessment of elevator safety management. Therefore, learning from Korea's government management experience in the field of elevator safety and quality is very appropriate and can shorten the time to perfect Vietnam's management capacity in this field.
EM - The campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese products " was first launched in 2009, after the 2007 - 2008 global financial crisis . However, hitherto, Vietnamese consumers still lack confidence in domestic products, what are the reasons for this?
EM – After 2 years of successful cooperation, DAT Group officially becomes the Exclusive Distributor of GEAT Elevator in Vietnam in 2023. This event not only marks an important step in the cooperation relationship between the two parties but also once again affirms the commitment to constantly expand the ecosystem to increase efficiency for customers and partners of DAT Group.
EM – Elevators are equipment with strict safety requirements and need to be periodically maintained by qualified and regulated technicians. But what is right, what is enough and how much is appropriate?
EM – Recently, Elevator Magazine received a complaint from Mr. Hoang Duc Hung, Secretary of the residential group No. 28 - 29, Den Lu urban area, Hoang Van Thu ward, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi. Mr. Hung said people continued to complaint about the serious deterioration of the elevators at house G in the resettlement apartment complex located in the area.
EM – Regardless of the device, after a period of use, the details and components will be aging, degraded or damaged and need to be replaced. At that time, if the equipment is distributed exclusively, consumers will "take the blow" of the supplier.
