EM – From March 17th to 19th, 2023, Vietnam Journalists Association and Hanoi People’s Committee will coordinate to organize the 2023 National Press Festival. This is a journalism event that have the largest scale, bringing together press, television, press and communication equipment suppliers. “Solidarity, Professionalism, Culture, Creativity” is the selected topic in this press festival.
Besides the purpose of highlighting the strong development of Vietnam’s Revolutionary Press, and promoting journalistic products associated with the creative and labor activities of journalists; the 2023 National Press Festival is also an opportunity to strengthen exchanges and meetings between journalists and the public, encourage the press to provide quality information to readers.
The 2023 National Press Festival has the largest scale ever, attracting 87 booths displaying spring newspapers and typical press publications.
The Press Festival had the presence of 63 provincial and city journalist associations, 60 central and local press agencies; along with typical exhibition booths of the Associations: People Newspaper, Vietnam Television Station, Voice of Vietnam Radio, Vietnam News Agency, Ministry of Information and Communications, … and the participation of press training units, the exhibition area of the units providing modern press and communication equipment. This is also the first time Elevator Magazine – the only press agency of the elevator industry to exhibit at this event.
Established in 2021, for more than a year, Elevator Magazine has contributed many practical activities to the elevator industry, from conveying specialized information to solving problems of readers who are users, consumers and businesses; actively participating in finding and proposing to government management agencies on urgent issues of the sector. With both print and electronic forms, published both in Vietnamese and English, Elevator Magazine has brought the voice of a small industry to the national and international press environment, increasing the role and contribution of the industry to the whole society, along with connecting and promoting economic and social relations both at home and abroad.
As a new member of the Vietnam Journalists Association, the Elevator Magazine Journalists Association has also actively participated in activities in the field of journalism. At the 2023 National Press Festival, Elevator Magazine has 02 exhibition booths to introduce and bring to the Newspaper Association modern and professional publications with in-depth information on technology, corporate governance, work safety…
With the theme of “Solidarity – Professionalism – Culture – Creativity”, this year’s press festival will take place from March 17th to 19th at the Hanoi Museum.

According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Loi, new technologies and methods of making newspapers, in line with current journalism trends will also be introduced at the booths
Within the framework of the press festival, there were also side activities such as: Launching ceremony of the Press Award for Propaganda on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy in 2023; Final of the Open Journalist’s Singing Contest in 2023; 2nd Journalism and Public opinion Soccer League; Photo exhibition The Spring Paths; Exhibiting “Spring in the past on New Year’s Newspaper”… along with elaborate and unique art programs.
