EM – On the morning of March 17th, the opening session of the 2023 National Press Festival organized by the Vietnam Journalists Association took place. Elevator Magazine’s booth stands out for its innovative and modern design, which has attracted a lot of attention from visitors.
With the theme “Solidarity – Professionalism – Culture – Creativity”, the 2023 National Press Festival will take place from March 17th to 19th, 2023 at the Hanoi Museum. At the opening session on the morning of March 17th, press agencies, media and press equipment suppliers promoted journalistic products associated with the labor and creative activities of journalists; exchanges and meetings between journalists and the public, encouraging the press to provide quality information to readers.
Newspaper festival displays a variety of publications, including New Year Newspaper 2023, Rabbit New Year Newspaper, special New Year radio and television programs, and attractive electronic newspaper interface; praising the outstanding labor achievements of journalists nationwide.
Attending the opening ceremony of the 2023 National Press Festival were Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia – Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department; Comrade Vo Thi Anh Xuan – Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung – Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Information and Communications; Mr. Le Quoc Minh – Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of The People Newspaper, Chairman of Vietnam Journalists Association,… and representatives of leaders of Ministries, departments, central branches and Hanoi; leaders of press agencies, leaders and members of journalists’ associations at all levels, press reporters attending and reporting, and the public who love the press.

At the opening ceremony of the National Newspaper Festival 2023, Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia – Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department affirmed the role of the press. Accordingly, the press is a component of culture, and at the same time the main means of disseminating culture to society. This is also an activity of practical significance towards the 100th anniversary of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day and the spirit of the Press Association’s theme: Solidarity, Professionalism, Culture and Creativity.

As a new member of the Vietnam Journalists Association, the Elevator Magazine Journalists Association has also actively participated in journalism. In particular, at the 2023 National Press Festival, Elevator Magazine has 02 exhibition booths to introduce and bring to the Festival modern and professional publications with in-depth information on technology, corporate governance, occupational safety, domestic and foreign trade connections, etc. The modern and creative design booth attracted a lot of attention on the first day of opening.

Within the framework of the Newspaper Festival, the Organizing Committee will vote and award: “Impressive Tet newspaper cover”, “Impressive electronic newspaper interface” for the Electronic Newspaper on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2023: Year of the Rabbit, “Impressive radio and television” on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2023 – Year of the Rabbit. In addition, there is also the “Press Impressions 2023” Award for collectives or individuals who organize attractive events and activities with impressive imprints in the framework of Newspaper Festival.
