Elevator Magazine is the mouthpiece of the Vietnam Elevator Association. During the process of formation and development, Elevator Magazine team always strives to carry out the tasks and missions of the team of journalists, constantly innovating the content and mode of operation; consolidating the organizational apparatus; mobilize and encourage journalists to fulfill their responsibilities well. 

The “Congress of the Elevator Magazine Journalists’ Association” for the term of 2023 – 2025 was honored to welcome Ms. Vu Thi Ha – Head of the Association’s Work Department, Vietnam Journalists Association, Mr. Nguyen Hai Duc – Chairman of the Vietnam Elevator Association, Mr. Pham Xuan Khanh – Editor-in-Chief of Elevator Magazine and leaders of the Journalists’ Association and members of the Association.

Reporting at the congress the results achieved in the past time, Mr. Pham Xuan Khanh shared: “In recent times, with the attention of Party committees at all levels, and functional agencies, Magazine Association has closely coordinated with the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Elevator Association to launch an emulation to perform well the professional tasks as well as actively participate in the association’s work: Publishing printed magazines, starting Quality articles ensure aesthetics in form, profound in content. The magazine always adheres to the principles and purposes set out; propagating the Party’s guidelines and policies, and the government ‘s laws, being a reliable companion to a large number of readers across the country. 

As the mouthpiece of the Association, the Magazine has always been together with the Association to actively share information, strengthen relations, and enthusiastically participate in socio-political – professional organizations to promote strengths, expanding cooperation with associations and specialized associations on elevators in the world and in the region; coordinate with the Departments of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs in a number of provinces, cities and vocational training schools to organize conferences, seminars and events. Association’s members are also regularly interested in social charity work, actively respond to charity activities, etc., contributing to enhancing the Association’s role in economic development and contributing to society more. 

Although it is a fledgling specialized magazine, with the consensus and determination of the Editorial Board, it always focuses on caring, fostering and building human resources with stable political qualities in the field of science and technology to perform and complete the assigned tasks. Each reporter of the Journal always upholds the spirit of self-discipline, responsibility, and proactively overcomes difficulties to successfully complete the assigned tasks. These are the solid foundations for the Magazine to increasingly assert its role as a reputable and reliable information channel for readers. 

Editor-in-Chief of Elevator Magazine Pham Xuan Khanh also shared at the Congress about the difficulties the Association is facing and finding solutions to overcome, in which, due to the short operating time, the Association has not had the opportunity to affirm its role in the general activities of the Vietnam Journalists Association. In the coming time, Association will make efforts to implement and complete the tasks and missions assigned by the state management agencies in charge of the press and the Vietnam Journalists Association.

After hearing the report from the Association, in the speech, Chairman of the Elevator Association Mr. Nguyen Hai Duc shared at the Congress: “With the support and companionship of the Association, we can believe that although difficult at first, it will certainly succeed in the future. The magazine is always open to welcome journalists who are passionate about their profession, passionate about creativity, and constantly learning, which will bring up issues that society in general and the elevator industry in particular are interested in, valuable practical ideas to create a specialized journal that is really different and meaningful to the community. The Association and the Vietnam Elevator Magazine Association also want to receive timely attention, sharing and direction so that the Association always develops in accordance with the Government’s line, the spirit of respecting the law and day-to-day life, contribute more and more to the general activities of the Vietnam Journalists Association” 

Ms. Vu Thi Ha – Head of the Association’s Working Committee, Vietnam Journalists Association delivered a speech at the Congress 

Head of the Association’s Work Department, Vietnam Journalists Association Ms. Vu Thi Ha highly appreciated the achievements of the Association in the recent period. The association should regularly follow up and register to participate in professional training classes to improve the reporter’s capacity. We can believe that in the coming time, the Association will continue to overcome difficulties, further promote its proud role in the elevator industry and meaningful volunteer programs in the coming time. 

Members vote to elect the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Association 

The election part of the Congress was conducted by the Secretariat and the Congress agreed to elect Mr. Pham Xuan Khanh – Editor-in-Chief of Elevator Magazine to hold the position of Secretary of the Elevator Magazine Journalist Association.

Closing the Congress, the Editor-in-Chief – Secretary of the Elevator Magazine Journalist’s Association Mr. Pham Xuan Khanh once again affirmed that the Association’s members will strive to further improve the quality of the Magazine and will is always one of the units that always participate in and respond to meaningful activities of the Vietnam Journalists Association in the term 2023 – 2025.
